Aromas of ripe apples and a typical Veltliner spiciness marry to create a fascinating fruit bouquet. On the palate, the wine is soft and juicy, supported by a fine fruit acidity. Very harmonious, allowing for perfectly smooth drinking. Simply charming!

2012 Las Moras Reserve Chardonnay

The wine is bright clear deep lemon color with a subtle green hue. It has a rich ripe nose with hints of apple, oak, caramel and pineapple.Medium bodied, elegant well balanced it is remarkably soft and supple with a solid core of fresh mouth coating fruit which lingers on a long gentle finish along with additional vanilla nuances. Matches well with white meat, fish and seafood.

2008 Boland Cabernet Sauvignon
The wine is a deep dark ruby red. Ripe nose with sweet berry notes accompanied by hints of black currants, violets and coffee while accompanied by earthy undertones. Medium to full bodied with a solid core of sweet ripe velvety fruit backed by a firm tannic structure and a long heady finish. It has a long lingering finish which reveals additional hints of mint.
*Nicely aged and its singed character matcher with smokey beef dish.

An attractive, dark and deep garnet red, the wine has an intense and precise nose that opens on delicate aromas of spices, roses and plums macerated in spirits. Some roasted, toasted notes appear with airing. From a supple and highly refined attack, the mid-palate rapidly emerges on smooth, patrician tannins enhanced by a youthful freshness. The fruit, already there in the background, comes into its own, giving a harmonious, long and opulent finish.

The robe is shiny and shows an elegant golden colour, the bubbles are tiny and persistent. The nose reveals a wonderful aromatic complexity, first of all fine and discreet with floral notes, then more intense aromas of red fruits, honey and dried fruits (hazelnuts) on a light background of citrus fruits. On the palate, the cuvée is very straight and pure with a refined texture. It is fresh, intense and rich with notes of yellow fruits (apricots, peaches) and toasted brioche. The final is very long, elegant and fresh. Complex and intense, this Champagne expresses the unique personality of the 2002 vintage while being totally Boizel.

The wine is a clear bright pale straw color. Clean aromatic and complex nose with subtle floral nuances. Supple, smooth and fresh on the palate, it has a long lingering slightly heady finish. *different vintage

2009 Château Larrivet Haut Brion Blanc

A clean, clear green-yellow colour with bright golden glints. An intense, fresh nose revealing fresh almond and hazelnut notes, citrus fruit (orange rind and lemon zest) accompanied by nuances of well ripened yellow fruits, and vanilla hints underpinning the whole. The attack on the palate is fresh with a very pleasant creamy impression quickly coming through. Acidulated in the finish and slightly mineral, followed by attractive sweet oak revealing a hint of cinnamon. A great wine to pair with the most delicate gourmet dishes.

Elegant and subtle. Expresses beautiful complexity. Very often truffle or tobacco, and always very spicy. Floral aromas whilst young become typically more undergrowth, toasted almonds and coffee later.

1998 Château Rauzan Segla

Adjoining Rauzan-Gassies, with which it originally formed a single vineyard, is Rausan Segla. This is one of the oldest and most famous crus in Margaux, with some of its buildings dating back over three hundred years. The vineyard used to belong to the noble house of Gassies, but in in 1661, Pierre des Mesures de Rausan bought the vineyard and gave it his name. It remained in the Mesures de Rausan family, for over two hundred years.

The Château Coutet vines’ deep roots extract elements from its terroir to give the grapes freshness, richness and strength. For this reason the estate carries the name “Coutet,” derived from the Gascon’s word for knife, to signify the fresh, lively and crisp palate that is the wine’s signature style. In its youth, the wines display generous notes of white flowers, citrus fruits, honey and vanilla. Ginger and pineapple are very typical aromas in a young Château Coutet. Time brings out deeper, warmer notes in which spices combine with exotic nectars and candied fruits, such as gingerbread mingled with marmalade. Age also enhances the harmony of its roasted Botrytis character and its distinct aromas to give Château Coutet a delicate and unique bouquet that is unsurpassed.
