To provide better care for pediatric patients, The Tyler Foundation encourages top nurses who are studying in a Certified Nurse Specialist course at postgraduate schools of nursing to pursue higher qualifications by awarding scholarships. Compared to other advanced countries, in Japan, there is a lack of qualified nurse specialists and nurses with long-term experience to step into leadership positions of pediatric wards.
Tyler Foundation is pleased to support students in their pursuit of advanced studies in nursing so that they may contribute to an even higher level of excellence in pediatric oncology nursing in Japan.
